One percentage, no fixed fee
Mercari's current structure is unusually clean: 10%, no per-order fixed charge, and no separate processing percentage. That makes it one of the cheapest places to sell low-value items, because there is no fixed fee to swamp a $6 sale the way $0.45 or $2.95 would elsewhere.
Shipping still counts
The 10% applies to the shipping the buyer pays as well as the item, so enter it in the shipping field. If you are covering postage yourself, put that in the cost field instead — it is a real cost even though Mercari does not charge a fee on it.
